Project Scope
Engineering Design & documentation for new residential build.
2 Storey, combination of suspended floor and slab on ground construction on sloped block. Multiple Roof Slopes.
Scope involved the engineering design of a combination of steel and timber frame construction to multi frame module construction.
Our Involvement
TEG undertook full engineering design and documentation, liaising with building designer and client to produce a cost-effective functional dwelling.
Project Challenges
Site location had a geotechnical classification of a H1 site, with high shrink swell potential.
Project Outcomes
TEG provided engineering design to compliment the build utilising multi frame materials in steel and timber and combination of pier and slab on ground footings.
