Project Scope
Undertake engineering inspection and testing, to provide 10 year major inspection certification for Banana Bagger Machine, in accordance with AS2550_19; AS2550_10 and AS1418_10 standards.
Our Involvement
TEG undertook full engineering design checks and performance inspection testing to confirm integrity and compliance under the standards for 10 year certification. This included review of hydraulics, frame, NDT Magnetic Particle Testing, as well as performance testing under load.
Project Challenges
Load tests and inspection of plant to perform required criteria under applicable standard AS2550.
Project Outcomes
TEG provided 10 year major inspection certification.
