Engineering design check and certification for small cabin house with Alfresco area. On suspended piers floor frame, with scissor roof frame.
Design check only and markup for small class 1A, footing design based on class “S”.
Design certification and Form 15 including:
1. Floor frame
2. Wall racking for wind loads
3. Footings
Roof truss frame by manufacturers.
