NDRRA – RoadTek Restoration Package

TEG Consulting Engineers was engaged as part of the Contract Administration Team (CAV) to manage the administration of the 2014 RoadTek 13A NDRRA restoration package.

The projects involved the restoration of state controlled roads to be undertaken by Roadtek that had been nominated for 13A NDRRA Funding.

TEG Consulting was part of the Contract Administration Verification Team (CAV) managing RoadTek undertaking the restoration works to meet TMR specifications and NDRRA requirements. TEG’s role was to provide Technical Administration assistance.

This role required the following:

• Scoping and verifying works on site as per the NDRRA phase 2 submissions prior to construction.
• Taking and recording preconstruction photos and post construction photos.
• Updating and maintaining the CAV’s team register.
• Providing technical advice, solutions, undertaking inspections.
• Providing quantity, quality, safety, traffic and environmental monthly metrics to the principal.
• Assisting in the completion phase and final submissions to the QRA.

RoadTek has completed a 12 million restoration package on multiple State Controlled Highways and Roads covering Banana, Central Highlands, Gladstone and Rockhampton Regions meeting the deadline for NDRRA funding.
